“The Information is out there; you just got to let it in.” Part-4
IF I were to attach a scripture reference to this phrase, “The information is out there…..” – it would be, Eph. 5:14:
Awake, you who sleep … and Christ will give you light.”
AS I have previously mentioned, quite often when I’m approached by a troubled or disheartened soul seeking counsel, I frequently my find myself encountering another who is simply “sleep walking” their faith, needing to see and truly understand that “the Information is out there; you just got in.”
WELL, I’m not going to belabor that point, but use this opportunity to share yet another valuable resource recently discovered that I have found most helpful, if one would simply “awaken, …walk circumspectly, … as wise, redeeming the time and not waste it foolishly.” Eph. 5:14-15.
AS such I’ve been enjoying of late another rich on-line offering Mindful Christianity Today. In addition to it being an excellent on-line resource, several published devotional books are also available. I just finished and about to repeat my devotional reading of Anchored in Peace, a 30-Day Christian Journey Through Anxiety. Below is a recent Mindful Christianity posting I found quite insightful. It speaks to the quiet tension of living in the not yet but already narrative that each one of Christ’s followers will traverse, inviting us to trust God with unfinished stories and walk faithfully even when clarity hasn’t come.
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Phil 1:6
Well with that, I’ll leave you with today’s short, but to the point consideration, I have titled, “Live Your Story.”
In the inexorable riches of Christ,
Joe

Live Your Story
One of the hardest parts of faith is learning to trust God with unfinished stories. We want answers now. We want clarity now. We want to know how everything is going to work out. But life rarely unfolds that way. More often, we are invited to trust one step at a time, believing that God is still working even when we cannot yet see the outcome. If something in your life feels unresolved today, don’t lose heart.
The chapter you’re living is not the final chapter. The prayer you’ve been praying has not been forgotten. The story God is writing is bigger than the page you’re currently reading. Keep trusting. Keep hoping. Keep moving forward. There is more ahead than you can see right now.
